I'm Robert-Cristian Chiribuc, a senior web developer.

My path to becoming a developer has been anything but conventional. Before I wrote my first line of code at 24, I had already lived several lives - each teaching me lessons that would unexpectedly shape my approach to software development.

As a member of Romania's national sport shooting team, I learned that excellence comes from relentless precision and countless hours of refinement. The discipline of competitive rifle shooting taught me that success lies in the details, whether you're adjusting for wind conditions or debugging complex code.

Trading my rifle for a camera, I evolved into a professional photographer, specializing in fashion, product, and boudoir photography. Later, I returned to the shooting range - this time as an instructor, sharing my expertise with others. Both roles taught me invaluable lessons about perspective, precision, and the importance of seeing things from different angles - skills that would prove crucial in web development.

When I discovered coding, everything clicked. The precision required in competitive shooting, the attention to detail needed in photography, and the ability to teach complex skills - it all converged in development. From PHP to Laravel, JavaScript to React and Vue.js, I approached each technology with the same dedication I once brought to the shooting range and photo studio.

Today, I'm a senior web developer based in Bucharest, Romania, where I architect and build medium to large-scale web applications that make a real difference. When I'm not crafting code or contributing to open-source projects, you'll find me in the gym pursuing my passion for bodybuilding, or at home enjoying time with my wife and two amazing kids - because the strongest foundations, whether in code or in life, are built on balance and dedication.

I believe in giving back to the community that has given me so much. Whether it's sharing knowledge with fellow developers, contributing to open-source projects, or mentoring others on their journey, I'm committed to helping build a stronger, more collaborative tech community. After all, success in any field - be it sport shooting, photography, or software development - is best when shared.
